Payment Banc

Although we at Elm Point Animal Hospital do not have an “in house payment plan,” our PaymentBanc option is the next best thing for our clients that qualify and have an emergency or costly procedure.

PaymentBanc is not a credit card and does not require a credit check. PaymentBanc does require a credit recommendation based solely on your Social Security Number. The recommendation DOES NOT affect your credit score. The recommendation provides Elm Point Animal Hospital a better analysis as to 1 of 2 monthly payment options for you; 6 month or 12 month.

How Does PaymentBanc Work?

PaymentBanc automatically drafts your monthly payment and remits the payment to Elm Point Animal Hospital.

When Will Payments Begin?

Typically Elm Point Animal Hospital will start the first auto-draft (1) one month after release of the pet from the hospital. Example – Release on 6/2/12 = 1st payment on 7/2/12.

What Happens If A Payment Fails For Some Reason?

PaymentBanc will contact you if payment is missed. There is a $20 charge each time a payment is missed.

Is There An Administration Fee For PaymentBanc?

Yes. There is a (1) one time $20 Administration Fee that is added to your total.

Is There a Down Payment Due To Utilize PaymentBanc?

Yes. For clients that qualify as an ‘A’ or ‘B’ recommendation we will require a 20% down payment of the high end of the treatment plan/estimate BEFORE treatment is scheduled and provided.

For clients that are recommended as a ‘C’, ‘D’ or ‘E’ client, it does not mean will not work with you. It only means that a 30% down payment of the high end of the treatment plan/estimate BEFORE treatment is scheduled and provided.

How Many Months Can I Get To Pay Off Total?

We have 2 options for clients that qualify and depending on the total amount of the estimate. ‘A’ or ‘B’ clients can choose 6 months or 12 months. ‘C’, ‘D’ or ‘E’ clients typically have the 6 month option.
