Thank you for choosing Elm Point Animal Hospital. Our committed team is here to provide you and your pet the highest quality veterinary care. We look forward to meeting you both.

Before your first visit, please gather any previous medical or adoption records you have for your pet. Our veterinarians require this information to get an accurate record of your pet’s medical history.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior to fill out necessary paperwork. Please bring your pet in a carrier or on a leash to prevent any incidents with other animals that may also be waiting in the main lobby area. When it is time for your appointment, one of our Veterinary Technicians will escort you and your pet to an exam room to check your pets weight and temperature.

When either Dr. Little or Dr. Lange examines your pet, they will take the time to listen and ask questions to get an understanding of your concerns. They will also perform a physical examination and ask questions regarding your pet’s habits and daily activities.
