As Practice Manager, Ronnie assists the doctors and staff in fulfilling their mission in providing the clients and patients with the best care and compassion possible.

Ronnie has managed departments in government, non-profit and social services for the pat 13 years. Ronnie has a Bachelors of Science from Southeast Missouri State and Masters of Business Administration from Lindenwood University.  In his spare time Ronnie enjoys spending time with his wife of nine years and their 5-year-old son, working on his home as well as training for marathons and triathlons.  Ronnie and his family currently have 3 loving animals; 1 cat Riley and 2 dogs Sophie and Marathon (Mara).

As our Business Manager, Carol has been active in the veterinary field since 1976. She graduated as a licensed veterinary technician from Michigan State University in 1978 and has worked in Michigan, Florida and now Missouri. While she is currently more on the business end than direct patient care, Carol still finds time to sneak puppy hugs and kitty kisses. She enjoys working at Elm Point Animal Hospital because of the great doctors and staff whose dedication to animals shine through every day.

Carol moved to Missouri from Michigan in 2004 with her husband Tim and pets. Her two grown children soon found themselves in Missouri as well. Her current pets are all rescues and consist of 2 Rottweilers, a Domestic Shorthair cat and a Bengal cat. In her spare time, Carol enjoys reading, long car trips, and spending time with family.
